Vliv licího prášku na povrchovou kvalitu sochorů během plynulého odlévání peritektických ocelí

Abstract

This thesis is devoted to the study of the effect of mould powders on the surface quality of billets during continuous casting of peritectic steels. There is described the technology of continuous casting, the process of solidification of peritectic steels and the basic character and properties of mould powders. In the following chapters, the actual global knowledge of literature and experiments from the area of verification of the behavior of mould powder during the casting of peritectic steel are described. In conclusion, all the findings are summarized and the process for optimization of the effects of mould powder on the surface quality of continuously cast of peritectic steels is designed.
