Abstract

The thesis has a name: evaluation of the Mining Company Competitiveness. The goal of this work is to find out position of company in market and possible functioning factors. Ass well as to find out references for future of the company based on executed analysis. This work is divided to two main parts which are theoretical and practical. Theoretical part includes strategies and used methods. These methods are: Porter´s analysis of competetive forces, PEST and SWOT analysises. In practical part of this work are these methods applied to business environment of mentioned company. Result of this work consists of evaluation of said analysises and references to strengthen competitiveness.
