Abstract
This diploma thesis describes a proposal on low-noise preamplifier on 144,8MHz frequency. It focuses on the design and simulation of amplifiers in the program Ansoft Designer. The paper described details a proposals using BFG540W transistor, orientation is mainly on the operating point, stability and noise figure. For high frequency applications is described several types of filters, along with design and simulation. The aim is the realization of functional sample, and measurement and verification of function.
