Financování obnovy kulturních památek na příkladu zámku

Abstract

The work is aimed at financing the restoration of cultural monuments, namely the castles owned by municipalities in the Region. Diploma work aims to propose a solution procedure and obtaining funds to finance the reconstruction of the castle owned by municipalities, mainly located in the Region. The thesis is divided into three thematic chapters. The first chapter deals with the notion of approaching culture and its understanding in society, defining the basic institutions of culture, cultural policy applicable in the Czech Republic and potential owners of cultural monuments, characteristics of culture in development since 1989 and detailed zoom state and regional conservation, which restoration of cultural monuments is supported. In the second chapter is first characterized and approached Heritage fund located within the Region. It is characterized by the village Kunin and castle, on which a budget analysis Kunin of the village between 1997 and 2010, focusing on grants and funding analysis and reconstruction of the castle Kunin him to the adjacent park. At the end of the chapter is given the current situation in Kunin´s castle. Finally, the third chapter is devoted to the draft resolution itself financing the restoration of the castle and its park. There are defined options of financing the subsidy programs of the Ministry of Culture, the State Fund of Culture, Ministry of Local Development, Ministry of the Environment and the State Environmental Fund grant program and the Region or European funds. The second part of the chapter is focused on holding the castle recommendations for municipalities in the Region.
