Analýza požadavků podniků na absolventa oboru management kvality

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the topics of finding the desired profile of a potential employee in our case graduate Quality Management as a customer of the Department of Checking and Quality Control FMMI VŠB-TUO. To implement the analysis were used key information and requirements that employers advertised taxes on the portal Jobs.cz. The required data was monitored and recorded in tabular form for the final evaluation. The data was used to determine the weights of individual quality attributes in our case the key requirements of a job applicant ie graduate Quality Management . All measured data are evaluated in clear graphs and tables. In conclusion based on the results of the analysis are identified key requirements, ie. quality characteristics that have the most significant impact on the outcome of the recruitment process, ie whether the graduate go down well for employers. After reviewing the results of the analysis was proposed measures to increase satisfaction of employers.
