Návrh a realizace aplikací 3D tisku v interiéru vozidla

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the design of an automotive interior component using additive manufacturing technologies. The theoretical section analyses current trends in the interiors of concept vehicles and reviews the applications of 3D printing in the automotive industry. Furthermore, an analysis of the basic methods of additive manufacturing is presented, specifically FDM, SLA, and SLS, including their advantages, disadvantages, and suitability for the production of interior components. In the practical phase, control panels, buttons, and other interior elements were designed; these were subsequently produced as a prototype using 3D printing technology and evaluated for quality and functionality.
