Abstract

This Bachelor thesis is focused on training and staff development. In its first part deals with the theoretical base of education and development, from which come out later in the processing of the second part. The main objective of the second part, in consultation with the Director of Human Resources Development and leaders, ordinary workers, especially to identify gaps in provision and education and staff development in society and Mountfield, for the purpose of making proposals to improve and streamline the current situation.
