Analýza rizik závažných havárií potenciálního prvku kritické infrastruktury - Teplárny Československé armády Karviná

Abstract

The main aim of this thesis is to identify and analyse risks of major accidents in the individual sections of the heating plant for the purpose of decrease in number of operation failures and accidents, securing continuity of production of element of critical infrastructure and selection of critical points from the point of view of financial losses. By means of the risk analysis methods, the author deals with risks which are related to production of heat and electric energy in the plant of Teplárny Československé armády Karviná. These risks are described in the thesis in accordance with the local specifics of the plant and also the risks which can have an essential relevance for the emergence of major accidents. Furthermore, measures which react to the risks with the aim to minimize the number of emergence of extraordinary events are suggested in this thesis.
