Abstract

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to analyze franchise concept of the chosen company Kilpi and compare two stores in this franchise system by research methods mystery shopping and observation and on the grounds of research results define suitable suggestions and recomendations, which could be realized by both stores. First part include theory aim on franchising and theory needed for following analysis. Next chapter is characteristic of the company Kilpi. Follows analysis and evaluation of obrained data. On the grounds of research results are define suggestions and recomendations, which could be realized by stores to reach better results.
