Abstract
The subject of the diploma thesis is to verify the effect of pretreatment of non-autoclaved corn silage with white-rot fungi on the production of biogas and methane in the process of anaerobic digestion. The theoretical part deals with the process of anaerobic digestion, anaerobic products such as biogas and digestate, the characteristics and use of white-rot fungi. The practical part consists of two experiments. During the first experiment, pretreatment of corn silage cuts with a white fungus Phanerochaete chrysosporium was performed. The second follow-up experiment was a discontinuous mesophilic anaerobic digestion test without mixing with gas burette (biochemical methane potential test).
