Abstract

The main subject of the bachelor’s thesis is the development of partial project documentation for the construction of a family house on plots no. 26, 1231, 1518, 24/3 in the cadastral area of the municipality of Skalice near Frýdek-Místek. The documentation is prepared to an appropriate extent in accordance with Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., [3] on building documentation.

The basis for the bachelor’s thesis is an architectural study from the subject "Studio Design I" – academic year 2022/2023, which was modified in the subject "Studio Design V" – academic year 2024/2025, supervisor Ing. arch. Kateřina Riedlová, Ph.D. This study was subsequently developed to the level of project documentation for a building permit in the subject "Seminar on Bachelor’s Thesis" – academic year 2024/2025, consultant doc. Ing. Roman Fojtík, Ph.D. The work consists of a textual and a drawing part, which were prepared in the required scope and in accordance with the bachelor thesis assignment, with a specialization in the field of architecture.
