Bydlení pro seniory - vzorový dům

Abstract

Diplomová práce řeší problematiku seniorské bydlení formou domova s pečovatelskou službou. V teoretické části práce řeší stáří a jak ho chápat, demografické prognózy do dalších let a možná opatření, která by mohla vyvrátit prognózované dopady. Dalším hlavním tématem této práce je rozbor základních typů seniorského bydlení a jejích znaků. Detailněji je popsán DPS. V praktické části jsou popsány dvě zpracované varianty DPS, z toho jedna velmi podrobně. V návaznosti na toto téma jsou zpracována obecná východiska dřevostaveb a nízkoenergetického bydlení. Celou práci uzavírá propočet provozních nákladů, který specifikuje potřebu finančních prostředků na bezproblémový provoz DPS. Grafická část obsahuje výkresovou dokumentaci na úrovni studie.

This thesis addresses the issue of senior housing in the form of a nursing home. In the theoretical part solves the age and how to understand the demographic forecasts in the coming years and the possible measures that could refute the projected impacts. Another main topic of this paper is to analyze the basic types of senior housing and its characters. Detail is described NH. The practical part describes two variants of NH processed, of which one very closely. Following this general topic are processed wooden bases and low-energy housing. The whole work concludes the calculation of operating costs, which specifies the need for funds for the smooth operation of the NH. Graphs include drawings at study.
