Abstract

The diploma thesis is dedicated to the topic of Talent Management. The aim of the diploma thesis is to propose a Talent Management System in a selected company according to its specifics. The introductory theoretical part is devoted to Human Resources Management and its connection to Talent Management. It deals with the description of the most important terms and definitions and the Talent Management System in general. The practical part then deals with the proposal of Talent Management in the selected company. It suggests a process and in particular the main areas the company should focus on when introducing Talent Management System. The final part contains a summary and recommendations for the selected company.
