Digitalizace a automatizace dokumentace požární ochrany

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou digitalizace a automatizace dokumentace požární ochrany v podmínkách České republiky. V úvodní části vymezuje právní a odborný rámec této problematiky a zohledňuje i širší trendy digitalizace a automatizace v oblasti bezpečnosti. Tato východiska jsou dále doplněna poznatky o současné praxi vedení dokumentace požární ochrany na základě dotazníkového šetření mezi odborníky z praxe a expertního rozhovoru s příslušníkem HZS. Dále práce porovnává vybraná softwarová řešení využitelná pro digitalizaci dokumentace požární ochrany. Na základě syntézy zjištěných poznatků je navržen koncepční systém pro digitalizaci a automatizaci této agendy, jehož funkčnost je orientačně ověřena prostřednictvím prototypu webové aplikace.

This thesis examines the issue of digitization and automation of fire safety documentation in the Czech Republic. The introductory section defines the legal and technical framework of this issue and also takes into account broader trends in digitization and automation in the field of safety. These foundations are further supplemented by insights into current practices in fire safety documentation management, based on a questionnaire survey among practitioners and an expert interview with a member of the Fire Rescue Service. Furthermore, the thesis compares selected software solutions suitable for the digitization of fire safety documentation. Based on a synthesis of the findings, a conceptual system for the digitization and automation of this agenda is proposed, the functionality of which is preliminarily verified through a prototype web application.
