Abstract

The entrance of the Czech Republic into the European Union has requested an establishment of the single European emergency call 112. This bachelor thesis is focused on problems of this emergency line. By way of introduction of this thesis itself establishing emergency line is described. Next sections are dealing with the description of emergency call and the folders of integrated rescue system. The most major part of the bachelor thesis takes heed of call centres of emergency call and used aplication software.
