Padělání peněz a jeho dopady na ekonomiku

Abstract

Diploma work is concerned with questions of falsification and forgery of currency, concretely bank notes and coins. It describes particular falsification techniques and protection elements of domestic bank notes of all nominal values. Purpose of the diploma work is to discover a range of possible danger from side of counterfeiters and to answer the question, how this problem influences economics. Diploma works consist of three parts, first of which describes historic roots of analyzing problem, its present situation and ends with detailed description of individual valid domestic bank notes. Second part is concerned with legislative protection, concretely with criminal and financial legal protection. Final part, named media promotion of discussed topic, describes well- known cases of counterfeiters, which were promoted in media. Enclosures of diploma work contain detailed illustrations of individual protection elements of valid bank notes of all nominal values and demonstrations of selected bank notes forgeries.
