Reformy důchodového pojištění v České a Slovenské republice

Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe and compare pension system reforms in the Czech and Slovak Republics. The diploma thesis is divided into three chapters. The first one introduces general social policy principals, its definition, models, tools and functions. The next chapter is focused on social policy and its history in the Czech and Slovak Republics and on the EU social policy and EU pension systems. The second chapter describes pension insurance in the Czech and Slovak Republics. The third final chapter presents pension insurance reforms in the |Czech and Slovak Republics.
