Geometrický plán v katastrálním území Nová Bystrica

Abstract

Témou tejto záverečnej práce je vyhotovenie geometrického plánu v katastrálnom území Nová Bystrica na zameranie novostavieb na vydanie kolaudačného rozhodnutia, na rozdelenie pozemkov a na odňatie z poľnohospodárskeho pôdneho fondu. Prvá časť sa zaoberá zhrnutím teoretických poznatkov o geometrických plánoch a spôsobe ich tvorby. Druhá časť sa zapodieva konkrétnym prípadom geometrického plánu a záznamom podrobného merania zmien na základe výsledkov meračských prác v teréne a na základe získaných podkladov. Meračské práce boli uskutočnené kombináciou globálneho určovania polohy a terestrickej metódy merania. Výsledkom tejto práce je geometrický plán a záznam podrobného merania zmien so všetkými náležitosťami podľa Smernice na vyhotovovanie geometrických plánov a podľa Smernice na meranie a vykonávanie zmien v súbore geodetických informácií katastra nehnuteľností.

The theme of this final work is execution of a survey sketch in the cadastre unit Nová Bystrica to target new buildings to issue certificate of practical completion, on the allocation of parcels and the withdrawal of agricultural land fund. The first part deals with the theoretical background of survey sketch and how they work. The second part deals with the specific case of survey sketch and record detailed measurements changes based on the results of measuring work in the field and on the basis of acquired documents. The measuring work has been performed by combining global positioning and terrestrial measuring methods. The result of this work is the survey sketch and record detailed measurements of changes with all requirements pursuant to directive for the creation of survey sketches and directive to measure and make changes in the geodetic information file of cadastre.
