Vlastnosti granulárního bainitu a jeho ovládání

Abstract

Bakalářská práce „Vlastnosti granulárního bainitu a jeho řízené ovládání” se zabývá problematikou konstrukčních ocelí s bainitickou strukturou. Teoretická část podává informace o metalurgických a mechanických vlastnostech bainitických oceli zejména pak s granulárním bainitem. Dále se zabývá podmínkami vzniku granulárního bainitu a s tím spojené nukleace M/A složky v podmínkách kontinuálního rozpadu austenitu. V praktické části jsou stanoveny základní mechanické a metalurgické vlastnosti nízkouhlíkové oceli včetně vlivu tepelného zpracování na M/A složku.

The Bachelor thesis,, Granular bainite properties and its control“ deals with problems of structural steels with bainite structure. The theoretical part gives information about metallurgical and mechanical properties of bainitic steels especially with granular bainite. It also deals with conditions of granular bainitu formation and the associated M/A constituent nucleation under conditions of continuous austenite transformation. In practical part the basic mechanical and metallurgical properties of low carbon steels are determined, including heat treatment influence on the M/A constituent.
