Abstract

A theme of this diploma paper is Valuation of cyclical sector company ABC, Ltd. In the second chapter of the work are described theoretical bases of valuation, methods of valuation and the specifics of valuation of cyclical sector company. In the third chapter is presented company ABC, Ltd. and is implemeted strategic and financial analysis. The fourth charter is the aplication part, here is made a financial plan, from wich are calculated cash flows and capital costs. Then it´s maked the valuation of company by methods DCF Equity, DCF Entities and method capitalized profits. For better transparency is realized the sensitivity analyse on starting sales. In the last chapter are summarized main findings of these diploma paper.
