Abstract
In my bachelor thesis I concerned with employee remuneration in organization TODAKO. The aim of my bachelor thesis was to map the system of employee remuneration in this organisation. I decided to find out attitudes of employees of TODAKO towards the remuneration system of this organisation through the questionnaire research. Based on results of my research I proposed some arrangements.
