Abstract

The thesis is focused on the use of selected quality management tools in analyzing the causes of complaints in the production sector engineering and manufacture of tubes. The theoretical part covers basic definitions, reasons for making complaints, actions and claims prevention and tools for implementing and resolving claims. The practical part of the thesis covers the period from 2009 to 2013. This section focuses on the analysis of complaints, assessing the causes and subsequent recommended measures to prevent the recurrence of complaints.
