Abstract

This thesis deals with the analysis of pension funds in the Czech Republic. An important issue that relates to pension funds is also prepared pension reform, work also deals with. The aim of ithis work is to analyze the current state of the pension market. The work also aims to explain the reasons for the implementation of pension reform and explain its mechanism. The theoretical part deals with the demographic situation, pension funds and pension market in the country. The practical part is devoted to a comparison of pension schemes and pension reform model that is being prepared for 2013.
