Spokojenost zaměstnanců vybraných mateřských škol

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with employees´ job satisfaction of selected nursery schools. Theoretical part focuses on employees´ satisfaction, motivation and factors affecting job satisfaction. Next, consequences of job satisfaction and methods of examining of job satisfaction are described. Practical part contains a characterization of three selected nursery schools in Moravian-Silesian Region in Opava. In this part, factors affecting job satisfaction of the employees´ of the selected nursery schools are described. Practical part also contains information about questionnaire survey, analysis and interpretation of data. In this thesis, proposals and recommendations ensueing from the results of the survey are presented.
