Abstract

SUMMARY THE COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS OF SQUASH CENTRE Turoň Tomáš The aim of this thesis was to ascertain the opinions of customers on selected factors of squash institutions using quantitative marketing research. The thesis is divided into seven parts. In the first chapter is the Introduction to the thesis. The second chapter describes the market and company Squash centrum Trinec. In the third chapter we find the theoretical basis for competitive analysis. The fourth chapter describes the research methodology, data collection method for marketing research and a description of its individual parts. The fifth chapter contains an analysis of the results. The sixth chapter contains propositions and recommendations to management, which are supported by research findings. The last chapter is the end of this thesis.
