Posouzení zdravotních rizik onemocnění pohybového aparátu u operátorů montážní linky

Abstract

The subject of this bachalor thesis is the assessment of the health risks of musculoskeletal diseases in an assembly line operator in the context of ensuring safety and health protection at work. Specifically, attention is focused on the production process of plastic fuel tank caps for the automotive industry at Stant Manufacturing s.r.o. The theoretical work begins with familiarization with the job position of the assembly line operator. This is followed by the definition of musculoskeletal disorders related to work in the EU and in the Czech republic, as well as their effects on health in the case of excessive loading of the upper limbs. The methods used for risk assessment are also described – Ergo screening 2.0 and RULA. The practical part of the work provides a closer introduction to the assessed profession and workplace in the company. The main attention is paid to the own assessment of health risks and the discussion of findings. In cenlusion, specific meansures to protect health at work are proposed.
