Abstract
Bachelor thesis summarizes the problems of selecting and evaluating suppliers of facility management services. From a theoretical point of view of bachelor thesis summarizes the terms in its name and performs the summarization of all available technical and legal regulations that relate to the issue. Furthermore, the work is focused on analysis of vendor selection and facility management, according to those rules no longer available. Bachelor work is applied to a case study on a particular object, in which describes the solution to the selection and evaluation of suppliers-FM service.
