Abstract
This thesis deals within the Czech-Polish cooperation between universities VŠB-TUO and Politechnika Ślaska Zabrze project for The Training of specialists on the care postmining on the Polish-Czech border region. The main objective of the project is the joint development specialists in the management of mining areas in the dorder areas of Poland and the Czech Republic, in my case, the specific location: mine KWK JAS-MOS in Uppersilesian coal basin.
