Bezpečnostní zhodnocení příčin dopravní nehodovosti mladých řidičů

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of the causes of traffic accidents among young drivers. At the same time, it focuses on people in the age category of 18-24 years, as this is the group showing the highest risk and vulnerability when moving on roads. It also focuses on revealing behavioral trends and experiences while driving a vehicle. It compares the accident rate in the Czech Republic with selected European Union countries and identifies the main risk factors, such as character, temperament, gender, physical condition, health status, mood or lifestyle. The thesis also deals with educational programs and campaigns aimed not only at young drivers. The final part of the thesis focuses on a comprehensive progressive proposal for the training and education of drivers, both before obtaining a driving license and in the first years of their practice.
