Analýza vztahů mezi vlastnostmi systému měření a nejistotami měření

Abstract

Hlavním cílem Diplomové práce je analýza vztahů mezi vlastnostmi systému měření a nejistotami měření. První kapitola je zaměřena na teoretický rozbor vlastností systému měření, nejistot měření a jejich vyhodnocování podle příručky MSA a VDA 5. V následující části jsou analyzovány rozdíly ve vyhodnocování obou příruček z různých hledisek. V třetí kapitole jsou vyhodnoceny soubory reálných dat a porovnány dosažené výsledky dle obou příruček. Čtvrtá kapitola se věnuje analýze faktorů ovlivňující rozdílnost dosažených výsledků a vyhodnocením jejich vlivu.

The main aim of this thesis is to analyze the relationship between the properties of the measurement system and measurement uncertainties. The first chapter focuses on the theoretical analysis of the properties of the measurement system, uncertainty of measurement and evaluation according to manual MSA and VDA 5th. The following sections are analyzed differences in the evaluation of both handbooks from different perspectives. The third chapter analyzes the set of real data and compared the results obtained by the both manuals. The fourth chapter is devoted to the analysis of factors affecting the diversity of the achieved results and evaluating their impact.
