Abstract
The main object of this paper is the inventory processing and consideration of the employee benefits in SBD Olomouc. At the beginning, the fundamental findings are defined, which is followed by characterization of this particular company and further the main objectives are introduced.
The theoretical part focuses on description of the human resource management, payment policies, the compensation system - the employee benefits, in particular. Further the SBD Olomouc is characterised, especially its organizational structure, its present system of compensations and the employee benefits.
These theoretical findings are applied in the practical part of this work, together with the results of the survey and some of the possible solutions to the problematic. One of these solutions seems to be a gradual shift to the cafeteria system.
