Integrace síťové analýzy a projekce cash flow při tollingovém financování v průmyslu a stavebnictví

Abstract

This thesis deals with two basic areas of management which are: • Project managing. • Financing of need for working capital. It researches current trends of project managing with focus on the industry and constuction and solves the specific modeling of progress of that projects which are financing by closed tolling, projected financing and particularly by the combination of both ways. The suggestion of analysis of net integration and cash flow projection by the project financing by the tolling method or by the project financing in the industry and constructing has become the main aim of this thesis. The secondary aim was to check the corectness of suggested integration and functionality of the model additionally by already realized project with the usage of relevant data. The complex model of project managing is compiled in this thesis in the scope of fulfilment the main aim which allows the overview about the duration and continuity of individual activities, the size of time reserves by the activities which are not located on the critical way, cost analysis and at the same time it provides relevant information about continuous financing of working capital, progress of encashment and expenses, provided advances, dates of issue invoices and their due date (both on the contracting authority side and processor side). The corectness of suggested integration and the functionality of the model is checked additionally on the alredy realized project with the usge of relevant data which are processed in the MS Project program.
