Abstract

By entering this thesis was to propose Administrative building in Prerov. The building will be located in the street Bayerově on plot No. 3057th. This is an undeveloped parcel.currently unused. The future facility is planned as a four-storey rectangular building, designed for administrative purposes. The underground floors are used for staff car parking building. Three floors are then used to set up office space. The object is to the project specifications based on the ŽB board in combination with the underlying grid carried monolith. The supporting structure of the building consists of reinforced concrete columns, which together with horizontal beams form a compact structure. The walls are made from components such as brick POROTHERM. The building is single-ended non-ventilated flat roof.
