Analýza příčin poruch staveb založených na nestabilním podloží

Abstract

Disertační práce se zabývá analýzou příčin poruch staveb založených na nestabilním podloží, přičemž příčiny těchto poruch vyhodnocuje. K vyhodnocení využívá nástrojů a metod rizikové analýzy, kterou aplikuje. Využívá metody tzv. SWOT analýzy, která je původně určená pro řízení firem jako nástroj managementu a aplikuje ji do technické oblasti. Pomocí této metody kategorizuje různé příčiny poruch založení a ověřuje možnost aplikovat tuto metodu na území určené k zástavbě. Volba metody je spojená s nutností vícekriteriálního posuzování problematika zakládání na nestabilním podloží z důvodu značného množství proměnných vstupujících do hodnocení, a proto byla zvolena právě metoda zvaná SWOT-analýza. Tato se v praktickém použití jeví jako srozumitelná pro praktické použití a umožňuje velmi logické a srozumitelné váhování jednotlivých kritérií.

This thesis deals with the analysis of the causes of failures of buildings based on unstable ground, and evaluates the causes of these disorders. To evaluate the use of the tools and methods of risk analysis, which is applied. It uses a method called SWOT analysis, which is originally designed for business management as a management tool and applies it to a technical field. Using this method categorizes the different causes of failures of establishing and verifying the ability to apply this method to the area for development. The choice of method is coupled with the need assessment of multicriteria problems of foundation on unstable soil because of the large number of variables entering the trials, and was chosen a method called SWOT-analysis. This is in practical use seems to be understandable for practical use and provides a very logical and understandable weighting of individual criteria.
