Návrh hodnotenia výkonnosti podniku s podporou ERP systému

Abstract

Cieľom práce je vytvorenie podkladov pre návrh implementácie nového podnikového ERP s možnosťou sledovania a hodnotenia výkonnosti podniku. Teoretická časť je tvorená popisom kľúčových ukazovateľov výkonnosti (KPI), pojmu informačný systém a špeciálny IS ERP. Jej súčasťou je aj predstavenie konkrétnej firmy, jej organizačnej štruktúry, podnikateľskej činnosti a politiky akosti. Výsledkom praktickej časti sú tri doporučené informačné systémy, ktoré boli zvolené na základe výsledkov metódy AHP (Saatyho matica). Odporúčané je aj sledovanie navrhnutých KPI, ktorých správny výber môže v budúcnosti výrazne ovplyvniť výkonnosť celej firmy.

The goal of this thesis is to create documents for the proposal of the implementation of the new corporate ERP system with possibility to monitor and evaluate their business performance. The theoretical part describes the key performance indicators (KPI), information system and specific type of the information system ERP. Third part of the thesis is concerned with description of the selected company, its organizational structure, its business activity and its quality policy. The result of the practical part are three recommended information systems which were selected based on evaluation with the AHP method (Saaty matrix). Selected KPIs are suggested and its monitoring recommended to the company’s management because they can affect the performance of the entire company in the future.
