Abstract
The presented dissertation deals with the personal marketing of the national enterprise of the Odra catchment area. The dissertation describes individual areas of personal marketing and it consists of two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the theoretical definition of personal marketing issues and with the characteristics of the national enterprise of the Odra catchment area. The practical part is divided into two parts and focuses on the characteristics of individual personal activities of the company and on the analysis of employees within the company. Based on the accomplished analysis there are suggestions and recommendations stated in the conclusion of this dissertation.
