Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focused on forms of Doing Business which are used in Czech Republic. Thesis is focused especially on Doing Business through Limited Liability Company and Self – employed Person. Theoretical aspects of both forms of Doing Business are explained in first two parts of thesis. In practical part is used theoretical knowledge for evaluation of which form of Doing Bussines is better. For comparison of chosen forms of Doing Business is used subject Pracovní oděvy Jan Šimek
