Vyhodnocení investičních příležitostí pro podnik v e-commerce

Abstract

This Master’s thesis deals with the design, estimation and evaluation of an investment project of a company operating in the e-commerce sector. The theoretical part of the thesis is elaborated by using literature searches. It describes the general concept of investment, investment activity as such, methods and selected indicators of financial analysis of the company, which are applied to a specific company in the practical part. The practical part includes financial analysis of the company, design and evaluation of less risky and risky investment project, where selected methods and indicators of investment efficiency and financial performance of the company from the theoretical part of the thesis are calculated. In the conclusion of the thesis the results of the evaluation of the investment activity of the enterprise are summarized.
