Abstract

The aim of this paper work is to describe legal entities which acquires financial resources for region established secondary school and to analyse aligment of region educations with acquired financial resources of secondary school established by the region. Chapters describes how the education works in Czech Republic and the its region, strategic documents of long-term objectives of education, the most important legal regulations and legislative standards for the secondary education in establishment a creation, funding, accounting, maitance and other laws, establishment of education contributory organizations, its main property, competences and liabilities, funded monetary economy, boarding, loans, gifts and establishment of corporation entities.
