Analýza nemovitých věcí ve vlastnictví obcí

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on real estate owned by municipalities and related matters. For real estate, the cadastre of real estate, rights in rem to them or contracts concluded by municipalities are key. By using the analysis method, all theoretical knowledge is applied to real estate owned by the selected municipality. The analysis led to important conclusions. Each property is approached individually and it is necessary to handle it correctly, carefully and to prevent negative influences that could endanger the property.
