Abstract
The goal of this thesis is to evaluate the current incentive scheme and employee satisfaction regarding this scheme in the given enterprise. The evaluation was based on surveys, interviews and observations. The collected data was processed in IBM SPSS Statistics. The incentive scheme was finally evaluated in connection with employee types regarding incentives and the interdependence of variables.
