Abstract

This bachelor´s thesis focuses on the extent up to which the employees of the company supporting CAD systems are satisfied with their job. The major aim of this thesis is not only to monitor and evaluate their job satisfaction by making use of the collected data but also to propose measures to be taken in order to improve the situation. The thesis comprises two major parts – the theoretical and the practical one. The theoretical part deals with the existing data related to the given topic, while the practical one is based on a questionnaire that the employees of the company were asked to fill in. Afterwards, the results of the questionnaire were assessed, which included displaying them in charts. Their overall assessment was complemented by the proposals of how the current results could be improved.
