Abstract

Bachelor thesis is about the issue of the wage system, accounting of wages and deducting from wages. Furthermore, the work deals with the description of employee benefits and tax implications for employee and the employer. Bachelor thesis describes the remuneration system in selected business corporation and according to this system have been calculated net wages of employees.
