Zhodnocení výkonnosti vybraných strojírenských podniků

Abstract

Thesis addresses the issue of evaluation of the performance of selected engineering companies. One part of this thesis named Theoretical-methodological solutions for the efficiency of enterprises consist of the most important terms, which the author tried to explain and define using the special litterature and her own gained knowledge. An engineering company Behr Bircher Cellpack BBC Czech s.r.o. and its potential competitors are introduced in the practical part of this diploma work. The author´s aim was to compare the efficiency of selected engineering enterprises using special methods such as financial analysis, bankruptcy and credibility models etc. The result of this thesis was an evaluation of the position of Behr Bircher Cellpack BBC Czech s.r.o. among some of its competitors. Based on this evaluation the author suggested certain changes and improvements. In the company Behr Bircher Cellpack BBC Czech s.r.o. realizes those suggestions and recommendations, it will surely become more efficient in the following years.
