Typologie organizační kultury vybrané organizace a její rozvoj pomocí etického leadershipu

Abstract

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the examination of the typology of organizational culture in the selected organization and the possibilities of its development through the implementation of ethical leadership. Organizational culture represents a set of shared values and beliefs that shape a company's identity and atmosphere, influence employee behavior, and an organization's ability to achieve its goals. The aim of the thesis is analyzing of the organizational culture, identify the dominant type of culture and evaluate whether it meets the needs of the organization. It also focuses on the appropriate type of leadership in the context of the given organizational culture. The thesis uses a questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews with managers to obtain data for analysis and formulation of recommendations. The theoretical part of the thesis examines the research methodology, the theoretical background of organizational culture and leadership, and the characteristics of the researched organization. The practical part includes data collection through questionnaires and interviews and their analysis. At the end of the thesis, the data are interpreted and recommendations are formulated to improve the performance, satisfaction and motivation of employees in the organization.
