Hodnocení efektivnosti reálné investice

Abstract

Tématem této bakalářské práce je hodnocení efektivnosti reálné investice. Cílem práce je zhodnocení efektivnosti reálné investice s názvem Phantomatic T3 A pomocí konkrétních kritérií v podniku VJAČKA, spol. s r. o. a následně posoudit, zda bylo pro tuto společnost investici výhodné realizovat či nikoliv. V první části jsou uvedeny základní teoretické pojmy a další informace týkající se investičního rozhodování. Popisná část zahrnuje charakteristiku daného podniku a deskripci samotného výrobního zařízení. V praktické části jsou spočítána vybraná statická a dynamická kritéria, která vedla k celkovému zhodnocení nákupu obráběcího centra. Na základě propočtených metod bylo dospěno k závěru, že toto výrobní zařízení bylo výhodné koupit i přesto, že bylo pořízeno za účelem stavby budovy, která se do dnešní doby nerealizovala.

Theme of my bachelor thesis is evaluation of the real investment efficiency. The aim of this thesis is evaluation of the real investment efficiency which name is Phantomatic T3 A using specific criteria in the company VJAČKA, spol. s r. o. and then consider if the purchase of investment was advantageous or not for the company. The first part describes basic theoretical terms and other information about investment decisions. The descriptive part includes characteristic of the company and the machine. The practical part comprises calculations of static and dynamic criteria which led to general evaluation of the machine purchase. The conclusion is that the machine purchase was advantageous even though it was acquired for the construction which wasn´t realized still today.
