Financování a organizační struktura hokejového klubu

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor´s thesis is to analyze a target hockey club (Hokej Uherský Ostroh) from the viewpoint of its organizational structure and its financing. In addition to the main aim, there are side aims comprising the economic and sports aims of the Hokej Uherský Ostroh Hockey Club. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The theoretical part aims at marking off economic terms, a method and research technique used in the thesis. Furthermore, I am concentrating on the typology of sports organizations, problems of obtaining a financial support for sport, and possibilities of financing sports clubs. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the history of the club and its basic information, organizational structure and its legislative form. I am also analyzing the individual purposes of the professional apparatus. I am particularly concentrating on the club´s financial analysis, structure analysis of its earnings and expenses. The results of my study including suggestions and recommendations are involved in the fourth chapter.
