Metody vzdělávání pracovníků ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This work concerns with methods and procedure about education of employees. Theoretical part includes company education, explores all methods of education and their classification. Practical part of this work concerns with individual method of education, which is used by company and its effectivity during working activity. The main goal is how are programs of education important for company and how can employees use experience gained and also here are suggestions for better usage new experience.
