Abstract

This thesis focuses on the facility management and its application in the areas of service amenities . Theoretically, the bachelor thesis defines facility management in its application of civic amenities. It also deals with supply of services in the amenity sector, focusing on compound garage objects. Obtained information about the services are applied to a particular parking house for passenger vehicles. The practical part focuses on application of services with an emphasis on quantifying of potential revenues and costs involved in the object. The result of this work is evaluation of annual profit achieved by reached revenues and recorded costs.

The attachments contains drawings of the project design and visualization of the object. The range of the thesis accounts for 45 numbered pages.
