Abstract

Bachelor Thesis deals with the attitude of restaurants to snail products. Theoretical part of thesis describes the B2B market and its customers, shopping behavior and decision-making of B2B customers. In the next chapter, attention is focused on characteristics of the market with restaurants and macro-environment. Attitudes of restaurants were researched by questionnaire in Moravian Region, results were analyzed. In the conclusion, author proposes recommendations for snail suppliers and restaurants that offer snail products.
